Prices are displayed in USD. Standard shipping is free and no additional sales tax is charged at checkout. The
final total is displayed before the PayPal payment request is created
Unavailable or pending payments
If checkout reports that payment is temporarly unavailable, no order or charge is created. If a payment remains
