30-day return and refund request period
You may request a return and refund within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, in its original
condition and returned with its original packaging and included parts.
Start a return
Contact customer care through support@jdsjkc.shop before sending an item. Include your order number and
the reason for the return. We will provide the return instructions and a shipping label for an approved return.

Return costs and fees
We cover return shipping for approved returns. No restocking or handling fee is charged.
Refunds
